EEO-1 Job Category Validation

Validates that job category values match the 10 official EEO-1 Component 1 job categories as defined by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). These categories are mandatory for all private employers with 100+ employees and federal contractors with 50+ employees filing the annual EEO-1 Component 1 report. Each employee must be classified into exactly one of the 10 categories.
