No Phone Number in De-Identified Data

Checks for common US phone formats including XXX-XXX-XXXX, (XXX) XXX-XXXX, 10-digit sequences, and numbers with country code prefix. Telephone numbers are one of the 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers that must be removed.
